It is geared towards caregivers, future caregivers, and healthcare professionals who are looking for resources and support in the Black and African American community. During the conference, attendees will get to hear firsthand from experienced caregivers, learn about resources available to help with caring for a loved one, and have the opportunity to make connections with others for support.
